Cancellation Policy

Conrad H.C.S. Terms & Conditions At Conrad H.C.S., we believe in clarity, fairness, and keeping things smooth. These terms apply to all our services—training, consulting, branding, and beyond. By booking with us, you agree to the following: 1. Booking & Payments All bookings must be made through www.conradhcs.com or via direct invoicing. Some services require an initial consultation (IC) before booking. A 50% deposit is required to secure training, consulting, and custom project bookings. Final payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. No cash payments—all transactions are processed via our website or invoice. Invoices are provided for tax-deductible purposes where applicable. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling 48-hour notice required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may result in a forfeited deposit. If Conrad H.C.S. reschedules, we will find a new date. If no alternative works, you receive a full deposit refund. 3. Service Expectations Clients must ensure staff/management are available for scheduled training or consulting sessions. Custom Work (Branding, Menus, Projects): Clients must provide necessary details upfront. Excess revisions may incur additional fees. On-Site Services: If access to the location isn’t provided on time, the session may be forfeited without refund. 4. Refunds & Adjustments Deposits are non-refundable, except if Conrad H.C.S. cannot fulfill the service. No refunds once project-based work has begun. 5. Liability & Conduct Conrad H.C.S. is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses during training, consulting, or project work. Clients must maintain a professional, respectful environment. Disruptive behavior may result in termination without refund. 6. Intellectual Property All training materials, branding work, and consulting strategies are for client use only. Redistribution, resale, or duplication without permission is prohibited. 7.
